MEDUOG Baord Meeting

Saturday june 9 in occasion of the 4th MEDUOG Congress held in Bari (Italy) at 2 pm the Meeting of the Board took place.

Athanasiadis (Greece),A.Badreldeen (Qatar), I.Blickstein (Israel), V.D’Addario (Italy), A.Ebrashy(Egypt), G.Haddad (France), A.Kurjak (Croatia), R.Mangione (France), GP.Mandruzzato (Italy), A.Mathias (Portugal), M.Momtaz (Egypt), G.Monni (Italy), J.Troyano-Luque (Spain), R.Vladareanu (Rumenia).

Apologises received from C.Sen (Turkey) and A.Adra (Lebanon).

Professor D’Addario has been congratulated for the success of the Congress.More than 200 people have been registered.The scientific level of the presentations has been outstanding.Everybody has given thanks to Prof.D’Addario for the great hospitality.

The program for the next Congresses has been discussed:

In 2008 the 5th Congress will be held in Egypt  May 15-17 in El Ein Alsokhna resort on the Red Sea 100 km from Cairo.Congress President Prof.Momtaz. Prof.Momtaz has briefly informed about the organisation.

Lebanon has been proposed and accepted for 2009. In case the situation is not safe the alternative place will be Qatar.

In 2010 Turkey will host the Congress.

France (Bordeaux) has been proposed for 2011,Israel (Tel Aviv) for 2012 and Portugal (Porto) for 2013.

It has been proposed to make any effort to enlarge the active participation of other Countries.Algeria,Tunisia and Morocco will be contacted.

Rumenia and Qatar have asked to become Countries Members.They have been uninamously accepted.

It has been decided that a report of the Congress and of the activity of MEDUOG will be send to the Yellow Journal in order to share information among the interested persons.
